Updates for both the APS IDE for Eclipse and the APS Command Line Tools are now available for download. Let’s take a look at what’s new in this release.
APS IDE for Eclipse
The APS IDE for Eclipse has several minor (but handy!) enhancements, such as new capabilities for the Types Diagram, and lots of bug fixes.
To install the update for the APS IDE:
- If you already have older version installed, choose Help->Check for Updates and follow the wizard.
- If you don’t, follow these simple installation steps: http://doc.apsstandard.org/2.1/tools/ide/setup/.
APS Command Line Tools
APS Tools now support the most up-to-date spec changes to validate and build APS2 applications.
To install the new APS Tools, you can download the appropriate binary from: http://doc.apsstandard.org/2.1/tools/cli-tools/#download.
